With the problem that you have stated I believe Vader Sentiment would be suitable option if there are no labels associated with each tweets. Also I would like to bring to your notice that since Vader Sentiment is trained over social media data it would result in a very good model accuracy. I have had done tweet sentiment analysis in past as well as on topic modeling using Genism. I would be glad to work upon this project and know more about it.
