Snapshot management

Requirement Any idea what is the best way to delete the manually created snapshot in aws Other than life cyle manager how can we delete the snapshots which are created manually and don't have any tag don't ?and if we are using aws life cyle manager and it is keeping the snapshots as per defined rule in this case how we can customize snapshot deletion ? we have some screenshot created by users manually and some are creating daily on the basis of life cyle manager. so how we can achieve customize deletion of snapshot not mentioned in life cyle managerAnd how will you give poc ?
