So I have pretty good grasp of what parts help specific things like precision/recall and accuracies. Detecting persons is an easy task compared to what's possible with CNNs. Because Python has a lot of differences in versions, and depending on that version, the tensorflow version is determined, and accordingly, the CUDA, CUDNN (a library for using GPU) versions are determined. In other words, if the Python code version you have does not match the GPU usage environment of the computer, you cannot use the GPU on that computer. Of course, you can try to change the Python version of the code, but errors are frequent. - To overcome this, you have to use a cloud service. You can use Google Colab, Microsoft Azure, etc., which are provided for free, but there are time limits, memory size limits, etc. If you are interested in what I say or have any questions, please ask me.
