There is a particular kind of drawing used in industrial plant called a P+ID drawing.
I want a Python 3 program that will find all the "bubbles" as they are called, which are circles that are all of the same size.
Inside of these circles are text and numbers that make what are called tagnames.
I want to be able to automatically retrieve a list of the tagnames on a drawing, usually they are pdf files, but can be jpeg etc so expect that it would use some kind of imaging library, but open to all ideas.
The program to create a csv text file with all the tag names.
A command line program with arguments is ideal, for scripting when there are lots of drawings.
Optional - the x and y co-ords of the drawing where they were found.
I attach a test .pdf for devlopment, I have circled in red examples of some of the "bubbles".
I have others drawings to verify the performance against, anything less than 95%+ accuracy is not worth it. 99% plus accuracy is ideal.
Willing to pay better for high % of accuracy. Price is for supplying of source code as well.
