I have a complete set of architectural drawings and I need an accurate material take-off prepared from them. The scope is limited strictly to what appears on those architectural sheets—no structural, plumbing or other disciplines—so your focus will be on reading plans, elevations, sections and details to capture every relevant item. Your task is to measure and tabulate the material quantities for: • Brickwork (including any parapets or feature walls) • Internal and external plaster • All tiles called for in the finishes schedule (floors, walls, skirtings) • False ceiling areas • Paint, broken down into internal and external surface areas Please provide the results in a clear spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) showing take-off notes, unit of measure, calculated quantity and any assumptions you needed to make. A short PDF summary that highlights totals for each material will complete the delivery. Accuracy is key; I will be cross-checking random rooms and façades against your figures, so show your calculation lines or reference grid locations where helpful. If you use specialized tools such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift or CostX, mention them so I understand how your numbers were generated. The drawings are ready to share as soon as we agree on the approach and turnaround time.

The take-off should remain fully traceable from each quantity back to the architectural drawings and finish schedules.
