Raspberry Pi Media Display Control

I'm looking for a program to run on a Raspberry Pi using Raspbian. The program should display images and videos and allow me to control the display remotely via a web interface. Requirements: - Display PNG images and MP4 videos - Turn screen on/off at scheduled times - Change videos pictures remotely via web interface Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience with Raspberry Pi and Raspbian - Proficiency in web interface development - Knowledge of image and video handling in Python or similar languages
