Corporate React Website Build

I need a clean, corporate-styled website built entirely with React JS. The site will serve a small technology firm that specialises in Software Development and IT Consulting, so the overall look should feel professional and trustworthy while remaining modern and lightweight. Pages & structure – Home (high-level overview to funnel visitors deeper) – About Us (mission, leadership, and a short history section) – Services (two subsections: Software Development and IT Consulting) – Testimonials (simple carousel or card layout fed from a JSON array for easy updates) – Contact (basic contact information form: name, email, phone, message) Key requirements • React JS with functional components and hooks • React Router for clean navigation (no page reloads) • Reusable layout, header, and footer components consistent with a corporate theme • Fully responsive design; test breakpoints for mobile, tablet, and desktop • Basic contact form must validate on the client side, then POST to a placeholder endpoint that I can swap for a backend later • SEO-ready meta tags on every route and logical heading hierarchy • All assets, routes, and styles clearly documented in a README so I can extend the site internally Deliverables 1. Source code in a Git repository (create-react-app or Vite starter is fine) 2. Build instructions plus a production build folder ready to deploy on Netlify or similar 3. Brief walkthrough video or screenshots showing page flow and validation working I’ll handle hosting once the build folder is delivered, so focus purely on clean React code, polished UI, and straightforward instructions.
