Django Backend & React Integration

The project involves building a complete Django backend connected to a MySQL database and exposing secure, well-structured RESTful APIs. Those APIs must cover three areas: user authentication and authorization, full CRUD operations for the core data models, and lightweight endpoints that surface analytics or reporting metrics. Static HTML + Bootstrap screens are already finished; they now need to be refactored into clean React components and wired up to the new APIs. I will supply the HTML templates, Bootstrap assets, and a data outline. Your job is to: • Design the database schema in MySQL and create the corresponding Django models. • Implement the REST layer—views, serializers, URL routing—ensuring authentication flows (token or JWT) are in place. • Transform each HTML page into reusable React components, preserving the existing Bootstrap styling while making the UI fully dynamic through API calls. • Provide concise setup documentation and seed data so I can run the project locally with a single command. Successful delivery means the React UI loads real data from the Django backend, all CRUD actions complete without errors, and a sample analytics endpoint returns summary figures that render on the dashboard screen.
