React Zoho CRM & Email Integration

I need my existing React.js site to push and pull data smoothly from Zoho CRM and from an email-marketing platform that is not on the typical Mailchimp / SendGrid / Constant Contact / AWeber / GetResponse / ActiveCampaign list. I’ll confirm the exact provider with you once we start, but you can assume a modern REST or GraphQL API, OAuth2 and webhook support are available. Core goals • Capture every form submission on the site and create or update the matching contact in Zoho CRM, including custom fields and lead-source attribution. • Instantly pass the same data to the chosen email-marketing tool so new contacts enter the proper list or segment and trigger any welcome automation we set up. • Keep everything bi-directional where sensible: if a user updates their preferences or unsubscribes, the change should reflect back in Zoho and on the site. • Maintain clean, well-commented React code (hooks preferred) with axios/fetch, async error handling, and dotenv-style config so keys never live in the repo. Deliverables 1. Reusable React service or custom hook for Zoho CRM authentication, lead creation, update and lookup. 2. Equivalent module for the selected email platform, covering subscribe, tag/segment update and unsubscribe webhook handler. 3. Integration of both modules into two existing pages (contact form and newsletter sign-up) with end-to-end testing. 4. README that explains setup, required environment variables and how to extend to additional pages. Acceptance criteria • Submissions appear in Zoho within five seconds, with all mapped fields intact. • Contact shows up in the email platform list/segment and the platform’s welcome automation is triggered. • Unsubscribe event in the email platform removes the related tag in Zoho. • All code passes an eslint ‑-fix run and basic Jest unit tests for the service functions.
