Cross-Platform File Upload Module Development

We need a custom React Native native module or an integrated wrapper package that allows our application to upload photos, videos, and audio files from the user’s camera roll/local storage to a remote server. The absolute most critical requirement is robust, uninterrupted background uploading that survives app closure and system standby. Scope of Work & Requirements Cross-Platform Compatibility: Must work flawlessly on both iOS and Android. File Formats: Full support for images, large video files, and audio recordings. Background Resilience: Must leverage OS-native background tasks (like Background App Refresh configurations on iOS and WorkManager or foreground services on Android) to continue uploads when the app is minimized or closed. Chunked/Resumable Uploads: Support for multipart chunked uploading to handle massive video files without failing on network drops. Progress Tracking: Provide a React Native bridge to listen to real-time upload progress, success, and failure states. Efficiency: Code must be highly optimized to minimize battery drain and respect system resource constraints. Deliverables Clean, well-documented React Native native module or fully configured wrapper component.
