React Native Parental Control

I need a React Native app, built for Android, that lets a parent device open a live view of the child’s camera and screen on demand. The core flow is simple: from the parent dashboard I tap “Start,” the child device begins streaming in real time; I tap “Stop,” the feed ends. No extra screen-time meters, content filters, or location tools are required—just that remote camera-and-screen function with live video. Key points I care about • Low-latency, smooth live streaming suitable for Wi-Fi or LTE • Secure start/stop commands only the authenticated parent app can trigger • End-to-end encryption so the video never passes unprotected • Works when the child app is running in the background or after a reboot (with the usual OS permissions prompts) • Clean, maintainable React Native code with a small native module only if unavoidable Deliverables 1.
