Job Description:
Hi! I'm looking for someone to help with vital real estate administrative tasks and content writing. The scope of the administrative tasks will include sales administration. Additionally, help with content writing is needed and the writing task is of intermediate complexity. This is a medium-term project and I am looking for an experienced and reliable professional to join my team. Please get in touch if you feel you are the right person for this job.

• Research and analyze industry related keywords, high competition, quality, longtail Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
• Produce well-researched data for publishing and Writing search engine optimized copy.
• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Promote content on social media , Advertorial partners and backlinks
- summarize research reports, news articles into succinct briefs with personal comments.
- optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
- write powerful calls-to-action to convert website visitors
- writing, editing and proofreading compelling headlines and body copies that will capture the attention of the target audience.
- Optimizing current copy on a website (page titles, Meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.)
- Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to stay within search engine guidelines, on and off page strategies
• perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links
• Update website content as needed and Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
