Commission-Based Real Estate Closer (Remote – USA Market)

We are a US-registered real estate company specializing in property sales and purchases. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven freelancer to work with us on a commission basis. What We Offer: We will provide you with qualified leads (property sellers). Your task will be to contact these sellers via SMS and direct calls, confirm their interest, negotiate property prices, and finalize agreements. For every closed deal, you will earn 5% – 10% commission, depending on the deal size. Your Responsibilities: Contact 50–100 sellers daily through SMS and direct calls. Confirm and qualify the provided leads. Negotiate and finalize property prices with sellers. Close deals and bring sellers to agreement. Requirements: Strong communication and negotiation skills (English fluency required). Experience in real estate, telemarketing, or sales is highly preferred. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Reliable internet connection and ability to make SMS/calls to US numbers. Compensation: Commission-based: 5% – 10% per closed deal (average deals bring competitive earnings). The more deals you close, the higher you earn.
