Is this job offer for direct mail leads, cold calling, expired listings, probates, etc.? In my experience, most real estate investors fail by not having a solid marketing schedule that they stick to and follow up on consistently. Additionally, they pay no attention to the reality of the ratio between offers submitted and deals closed and get discouraged very early on when their first marketing campaign doesn't result in a sale.
