Hi I am submitting this proposal for being assigned to act as a long term virtual assistant for a real estate company like yours. I have been working as Real estate virtual assistant for more than eight years. I worked with lot of wholesalers and investors across the USA. I usually do administrative tasks like Pulling lists from various sources, mostly tax delinquent, pre foreclosure, vacant, probate etc.; I also do skip tracing, texting (A2P Compliant) and emailing using automated CRM platform REIreply, and Creative REIreply which is built in GoHighLevel Technology. I am using tools now: CRM- REIreply, Creative REIreply for list management, texting and emailing, Skip Tracing- Skip Genie, Smart Skip, other free online tools; propstream, propwire and county sites to pull lists. I can handle all administrative tasks including automated cold texts except cold calling, which I am not good at. As per the guidance of my previous investors we qualify motivated sellers in five steps: Reason for selling, Timeline (urgency), Property condition, Price flexibility, Decision maker status (Owner, relative etc.). I believe in long term sound work relationship rather than having financial benefit, I will do my best to make business successful and having great deals so that we can grow together.
