Recorded terms for hardware return

We require the following script to be recorded in a faster, terms and conditions type pace to bring this recording down to about 1 minute. Cannot be too fast that the end user cannot not properly grasp each point.

"Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 you may seek a refund for hardware sold by SpinTel if goods:

• Are or become faulty through no fault of your own;

• Are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff;

• Do not match our description or sample; or

• Have defects that were not obvious or were not brought to your attention.

Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of the original shipping date, at which point:

• We can either replace; or

• Refund any faulty goods, as appropriate.

If you believe that you are entitled to a refund (in accordance with this policy), please supply the item's serial number to the representative to whom you are speaking and post the item, including your full name and account number, to:

We strongly recommend returning your item via registered or Express post for tracking purposes.

Upon receipt of your hardware, it will be tested for the specified fault. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement unit and if one is available and appropriate; Alternatively we will contact you to make other arrangements. If we believe you are not entitled to a refund or replacement, we will contact you to discuss our decision.

Mobile handsets may require manufacturer repairs; this can take up to 4 weeks. All other returns will be processed within one week of us receiving the item. You will generally receive your item within two business days of us processing your return. You will be notified when your goods have been received and when they are being returned to you.

If your item is found not to be faulty, a charge of up to $20 for mobile phones and $15 for other hardware, may be applied to your account in order to cover return postage.

If you have not received your goods within the time frames above, call us on 13 22 10.

Please assist our representative by clearly stating that you agree to these terms and by providing them with the item's serial number."
