We are management consultants based in Austria and want to increase our talent pool by finding suitable candidates for our job offerings.
Currently we are looking for senior consultants fitting in our target profile, based on education, job experience, employers, industry expertise etc. (Eg age between 28 to 35, 2-5 years business experience, at least 3 years of higher education, Top 4 or work experience in consulting / one of our competitors etc.)
The task is to
• Define the target profile in detail based on our input (search criteria etc.)
• Compile a list of 300 to 500 potential candidates fitting this profile with CV and contact information (email, mobile, LinkedIn profile, other) based in Austria, southern Germany or nearby CEE locations [we are based Vienna])
• If possible, this “tool” should be transferred to us for future use
• Discuss this list with us and select with us around 80 to 100 targets
• Propose a communication strategy (eg wording, channel) towards this targets
• Hit this targets and invite them to connect or for an interview
• All communication can be in English, though German is a plus. Most of the profiles will in German, though.
