HVAC Recruitment Specialist Needed

Recruitment Specialist – HVAC Technical Hiring Assignment Atmospheric Cooling Solutions, an Authorized Daikin Dealership, is expanding rapidly and is looking to engage an experienced Recruitment Specialist to support the hiring of key technical positions. Positions to be Closed HVAC Supervisor Service Engineer Purchase & Store Supervisor – HVAC Objective The primary objective is to fill these critical positions quickly while maintaining the highest quality standards. We are seeking candidates who possess relevant HVAC qualifications, strong technical expertise, and proven hands-on experience with Daikin or other leading HVAC brands. Scope of Work The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including: Preparing and publishing compelling job advertisements. Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other relevant channels. Screening applications and evaluating candidates against technical and role-specific requirements. Conducting the initial HR/technical screening interviews. Submitting a shortlist of qualified candidates with concise evaluation notes and recommendations. Coordinating interview schedules with the management team until the hiring process is completed. The final technical interview, selection decision, offer issuance, and onboarding will be handled by Atmospheric Cooling Solutions. Candidate Requirements Each shortlisted candidate should: Hold relevant HVAC technical qualifications or certifications. Have a proven track record in HVAC project execution, installation, servicing, maintenance, or stores/purchase functions (as applicable). Possess practical experience working with Daikin or equivalent HVAC equipment and systems. Meet the role-specific experience, technical competency, and communication requirements. Deliverables A minimum of five (5) qualified, interview-ready candidates for each position within the mutually agreed timeline. Complete interview coordination until the selected candidate formally accepts the offer in writing. Regular recruitment progress updates and candidate status reports. Assignment Completion The assignment will be considered successfully completed once all positions have been filled and the selected candidates have accepted the employment offers in writing.
