Recruit Daikin HVAC Technicians & Engineers

I run Atmospheric Cooling Solutions, an authorised Daikin dealership, and we are growing fast. To keep pace I need a recruitment specialist who can close three critical technical hires for me: • HVAC Technicians • Service Engineers • Purchase & Store Supervisor – HVAC What matters to me is speed without compromising on quality. Every candidate you present must carry the relevant HVAC certifications and a demonstrable track record in the field; years of hands-on experience with Daikin or comparable equipment is essential. Your role will cover the full recruitment cycle: crafting persuasive job ads, sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed or other channels, screening résumés, running the first interview, and handing me a concise shortlist complete with your evaluation notes. I’ll take the final interview and onboarding from there. Deliverables – At least five qualified, interview-ready profiles for each role within an agreed timeframe – Coordination of interview schedules until each position is accepted in writing Once the offers are signed, the assignment is complete.
