Write a Regex expression according to instructions

Write a RegEx for matching a certain sequence including negations. In a given text, I want to find all instances of paragraphs that end without any punctuation mark ( . or ! or ? ) The expression I've tried find all the paragraphs, as if the negation were't there, including those that end with punctuation mark. Budget is $5.
