Hey, I know this is random, but I'm under a lot of pressure at work and I was wondering if you could help... BTW, if you're not familiar with Autodesk Maya, don't bother reading the rest of this message. I'm asking around for anyone I know with animation experience to help.
I have a big deadline coming up at the animation job that I have with the college of nursing and I need help BADLY. My boss said it would be fine if I got outside assistance because my role is key for a big project they're working on.
Due to complications with my school schedule and being out of town for winter break I'm severely behind schedule on the first of 3 videos that I'm working on. I've been told that the first video needs to be finished by Monday, but I still have a long way to go. Any help that you may be able to offer would be greatly appreciated.
I'm almost done modeling all of the characters (morphed and clothed from a pre-rigged model), but the scenery still needs work before I can begin the actual animating process.
I have a few scenes that were purchased from TurboSquid that I'm using, but they need a lot of tweaking after being imported into Maya before they look acceptable. They weren't Maya specific files (.fbx, .3ds), but they can still be imported into Maya.
Here's what I need help with specifically:
I need someone to begin working on the scenery files so that look close enough to the images on TurboSquid to be used (almost) IMMEDIATELY after being imported into a Maya scene.
After that, any help you can offer towards animating the actual video would be fantastic. The video itself should be less than 5 minutes long.
