Aviation Mission Console

I am looking for a freelancer who can 2D / 3D render an aviation mission console with the following requirements:
For single user. Mounted to floor using L-track. Seat model not required.
Desired in rendering:
Dual 21" monitors stacked - the lower should be at a fixed angle to the operator that optimizes viewing. The top may also be fixed at and agle that optimizes "look up or glance up". The primary screen will be the bottom screen. (example pictures attached)
Single 30-32" monitor console. (example picture attached)
Weight should be considered as factor of the design.
embedded ruggedized keyboard with embedded trackball mouse (picture attached)
Hands On Throttle and Stick (HOTAS) think Thrustmaster style for aviation gaming. (picture attached)
Aluminum CNC construction of frame for monitors, keyboard, and hotas. The dual screen unit can be designed in two pieces if needed.
The shell or exterior of the cabinet will be flat aluminum.
All components should be able to be CNC'd using a DXF file or appropriate format.
A modular design is desired where the base is bolted to the L-track (picture attached). Then the upper cabinet is then fit to the bottom. They must fit together if designed this way.
Cabinet design will utilize a standard 19" unit width per industry standard.
Circular power and data connectors should be used for back of cabinet.
You may populate the image with a generic 2U computer w/ removable media bays, 1U UPS, 1U 24port switch. This is not a requirement.
The design should have ergonomics in mind for individuals 5'8" to 6'4" in mind. But a 6'0" person may be used for reference.
Extra credit ($$$) for Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of frame up to 2G forward impact. My guess is it would rip out of the tracks based on mass.
Extra credit ($$) Aircraft Type: - General aviation twin turbo-prop SAAB-340B - if there is a way to do an isometric view of the console in the plane (picture attached) that would be excellent as well.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in aviation mechanical engineering and FEA
- Knowledge of avionics systems and protocols
The candidate should be able to work independently and have strong communication skills to ensure the project is completed within the specified timeframe.
