Hi Shrikant, I have seen the drawing and being an architect myself i feel that i'll be able to understand and carry out the project in a more professional way with barely any communication gap as i belong to the same field. I have read the drawings and i'll be able to deliver you the best output. My only concern is that i use a different set of software in case that's workable for you.

Based on the architectural style images provided by the client and AutoCAD plans for all floors, I'll do the following: 1- Create a proposal 3D model (massing) for approval in 2 days. 2- After client approval will apply the comments and produce a 3D rendered model with proposed materials in 3 days. 3- Will apply client's final comments and produce the HD renders in 2 days.
