Flyover roof post fixing

Hi there, I am after an engineer to guide me on how my posts should be fixed for a flyover roof.
The roof span is 5.1m (projection from the beam on the roof (140x65 GL17s FJ ProLam Merbau) to the further supporting beam (290x65 GL17s FJ Lam Merbau), by 7m wide. I have 2 190x190mm laminated merbau posts that will be supporting the 290 x 65 beam and the flyover roof. The flyover oof will be made of 100mm insulated panels.
My question is would it be best to have the posts on stirrups? or directly into concrete?
