3D modelling, 3D rendering and UV mapping for an apartment complex in a Unity 3D application. What you will have are, highly detailed FBX files are exported from Autodesk Revit. As well as example renders of the exterior and interior. What is needed is a low poly, visually highly detailed model. The buildings are simple enough but Revit exports models with far too many polygons to be used on mobile devices. The buildings will be viewed at 1:100 scale as well as 1:75 scale. custom render materials will be needed to minimize some of the geometry. In total, 3 apartment buildings (technically 110 apartments total but only one interior rendering), all on one site and one apartment interior. For the Apartment interior, The kitchen needs to be re-modelled(same as building exteriors) and the overall UV mapping and a few other bits too, like a sink or a window.
