Human Muscle Anatomy perfection in Blender in .glb file -- 2

I currently have a .glb file with very good detailing of human muscles but it does not have individual selectable muscles, I need it for my application for it to have individually selectable muscles. Require someone to go though the glb and color map and divide the muscles into as detailed small parts as possible. Will provide a reference, need very good muscle detailing and selection. Example - Lower chest, upper chest, mid chest,Teres minor, Teres major etc.
