Make a 3D Design & Render for my office room *Interior Decoration*

This contest is about creativity, usage of small spaces, trying to fit elements harmoniously, AutoCAD and 3D Max are not enough, you need to have an Interior Designer eye. The requirements are as following:

1. Sofa bed which extends. Ikea Vallentuna Dual Sofa Bed.

2. Workspace Desk (Idea Size would be 75cm x 150cm.

3. Cabinets (overhead until the ceiling, and side cabinets, in order to fit all our stuff).

4. Curtains (roller shutter or slanted curtains)

The mood of the room should be white/light grey, and the chandelier to be cute and simple with warm light.

I am attaching a design made by one of the freelancers, to give you an idea of the kind of work that has been done - although it doesn't 100% match my envision of this supposed to be simple & modern looking office room.
