Modern Garden Design with Seating and Fire Pit

I'm looking for a landscape architect or a skilled garden designer to create a modern-style garden for me. 550sqm block with a small backyard and a large front yard needs reimagining. I am after a landscape concept design, Development application drawings and the tender documents. Deliverables: 1. Id like the draft Landscape Concept Design, including plans, cross-sections, and perspective sketches that show how the garden feels, not just how it’s arranged. In this stage I’d like to see a set of drawings and sketches that translate my brief and the site’s conditions into a clear, considered proposal for every part of the garden. I’d like to see the layout, the materials, the planting approach, and how the garden relates to the house, in plan and in section, so i can understand the levels, the heights, the spatial experience. 2. Then a complete set of Landscape development application (DA) drawings ready for submission to local council (These documents cover everything council needs: planting schedules, surface treatments, deep soil areas, drainage, and any relevant details for existing and proposed trees). 3. Tender documentation: develop the landscape concept design into a detailed set of construction-ready drawings. This is where every material is specified, every plant is scheduled, and every detail is resolved, including a garden lighting design Key design requirements include: - Design should incorporate an outdoor seating area, sauna and a fire pit - Selection of low-maintenance plants - Retaining wall - Vegi patch or small greenhouse Ideal skills and experience: - Expertise in modern garden aesthetics - Experience with hardscaping and plant selection for low-maintenance gardens - Creative and practical design solutions Please provide samples of previous work and estimated timelines.
