Property development project in Bahrain, gated-community (compound) consisting of 6 Villas. All villas are identical, apart from 2 villas (both also identical) that include a swimming pool. Exterior Design differs slightly for the villas that include a swimming pool (Interior is the same). Villa's architectural drawings are available (Autocad format).
Project's 3D Rendering would consist of:-
-Minimum of 10 images
- 2 Images for Villa (Type 1).
- 2 Images for Villa (Type 2), with swimming pool.
- 3 images of the interior (All villas have the same interior design).
- 2 floor plan images (1 image each for the ground floor and first floor).
- 1 image for the overview of the compound.
All 3D visualizations and images should be received by the first week of January, 2013.
Villas will differ slightly from the drawings provided:-
- Alteration to the entry of the villas (Stone Ledge Decor) is required.
- Alteration to the facade ( Cladding and finishing effects will be provided)
- All Villas will be 2 storey instead of 3 storey which is provided in the drawings.
