URGENT: Maya/Arnold rendering setup

We're looking for 3D Maya/Arnold rendering artist who can optimise rendering settings for a scene containing three walking characters.
The scene is using a simple SkyDome setup and we need to get rid of the noise in our renders ASAP. At the same time we need to keep rendering times to a minimum, so it's about finding the right balance in Arnold settings.
In your offers, please state whether you actually have Maya & ARNOLD renderer experience and your estimated turnaround.
For someone with experience, setting up a scene like this should take a very little time. We expect simple and quick results. Our budget is minimal but we're hoping to get more jobs like this for the right person in the near future!
