PROJECT DESCRIPTION Project Title: Luxury Upholstery & Interior Visual Redesign – Pursuit DC365 Project Overview: I own a Pursuit DC365 and I am looking to redesign the visual language of the cockpit and seating upholstery to achieve a more refined European luxury yacht aesthetic. This is NOT a structural redesign project. The boat layout, fiberglass architecture, seating geometry, and overall configuration must remain exactly as they are. The goal is to elevate the existing interior through a sophisticated upholstery and materials redesign inspired by the elegant styling language seen in modern Tiara Yachts, Pardo Yachts, Wajer, and contemporary European luxury sport yachts. Design Direction: The desired aesthetic is: - elegant - warm - refined - architectural - understated luxury - European-inspired - yacht-lounge sophistication I want to move away from the current “sport boat” upholstery language and toward a cleaner, more luxurious yacht interior feel. Key Design Elements Desired: - warm white / ivory upholstery base - pearl gray / taupe accents - subtle and refined quilting or textured insert panels - elegant horizontal upholstery layering - upholstered seat bases (plinth-style bases) - refined stitching details (French seams, tone-on-tone stitching) - integrated warm wood accents (teak or walnut satin finish) - sophisticated marine upholstery proportions - softer, more furniture-like seating appearance Important: - preserve the exact geometry of the existing seats - preserve all original seating layouts - preserve cockpit proportions and fiberglass structures - redesign upholstery only Deliverables Requested: - visual concepts / renderings applied over photos of my actual boat - upholstery color palette recommendations - stitching and panel layout recommendations - material recommendations for marine use - realistic renderings or overlays showing the proposed redesign - guidance that can later be shared with my marine upholstery contractor Reference Material: I will provide: - photos of my actual Pursuit DC365 - inspiration photos showing the desired luxury yacht aesthetic Goal: Create a timeless, elegant, high-end European luxury yacht atmosphere while keeping the original Pursuit DC365 platform intact.
