- Incoming call distribuition to the first free operator in the call center
- Cost of 1300 & 1800 numbers in Australia for Skype
- Cost of Angel Virtual Call Centre implementation
- Cost of Zaplee setup
What we are looking for is possibility (and viability) of setting up Virtual Call Centre using Skype.
I would need this resarch done in 72 hours.
