I groped for the switch and put out the light. I crept outside through the window and landed on the shed. From there, I slipped down to the ground and tiptoed among the trees. I was hopeful that Tom must be waiting for me. As we were passing through the kitchen, I tripped over a root and made a noise. We cowered and hid ourselves behind bushes. Miss Watson's servant, Jim who was sitting at kitchen door, roused from sleep and said in horror," Who is it?" He abruptly got up and moved cautiously towards the source of sound. We sat still and made no further sound. The servant settled under one tree and kept mumbling that he would catch the thieves. He was certain that the thieves could not get away easily, leaning against the tree, Page 6 He stretched his legs and one of the legs almost touched mine. We made no attempt to escape but waited for a right opportunity. The servant soon fell into sleep and started snoring. Tom and I fled from there. Now we reached the edge of the hilltop. From there we could see the village and some small lights coming out from some houses. Above us, the stars were glittering and giving a splendid view. There was a mile wide river by the village. It was still and giving a frightening look. Soon we were joined by Jo Harper, Ben Rogers and two or more boys. They were also heading down. When we came down the hill, we unfastened the boat at the shore and left for a big scar on the hillside. We alighted from the boat and went towards the cluster of bushes. Tom pleaded to each one not to tell anybody about the place. When we reached the dense bushes, Tom steered us to a hole in the hill. Since we were carrying candles, we lighted them and crawled through the bushes. After sometime, we were before the cave. Tom bent down and entered the cave. There was another hole in the cave. I am very interested in Novella genre writing. I can write novellas or short stories in a very short time which could be a mixture of reality and imagination

I am interested in your offer, my writing style can adapt to a few styles: fiction, children stories, horror, abstract. My only question is if this project could be on a long term basis. I would be very pleased if yes, because I've been trying to find this type of small production house for a while!
