Hello, my name is Francisco Nuñez, I like the research of chemical processes. The production of biodiesel has several ways in how to manufacture it usually requires the medium of an alcohol such as methanol or ethanol, also a catalyst such as sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide. There are cases that use zinc ferrite (ZnFe2O4) as a catalyst. and the cooking oil has fatty acids that are mostly palmitic, oleic and linoleic acid.
