Job Summary: As a Business Development Manager specializing in Customer Support Projects, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the field of customer support. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Competitor Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies related to customer support.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and unique selling points.
Use market insights to refine the company's customer support strategies and differentiate from competitors.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Provide sales support by attending client meetings, participating in negotiations, and addressing any concerns or questions related to customer support projects.
Work closely with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and materials to promote customer support services.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
