You have to sell your solutions to your client, so it should be very creative and professional. You are free to make assumptions as long as they do not change the facts presented in the case and are reasonable.
A PowerPoint presentation along with a report is needed.
The PowerPoint presentation must contain the following:
1. Background of pertinent facts (no need to include all information if they are not relevant) in the case including a description and scope of the problem. Should include flowcharts of current processes.
2. Recommended solutions including estimates of time and costs for implementation and maintenance of the solution, benefits to client for implementing solution and significant milestones. Cost estimates should include four components:
• Direct Labor
• Indirect Labor
• Computer Costs
• Project Overheads
The written report must contain an outline of the presentation, copies of slides, flowcharts, GANNT charts, budgets and cost estimates, etc.
