We are based in Canada and looking for someone resourceful, reliable and trustworthy to help us with a legal matter in Goa.
Briefly, we are looking for someone who can help us identify and recruit a lawyer, preferably in Panjim, who understands family law and specifically wills and the Indian Succession Act. We will travel to India in early-November to meet these lawyers and appoint one to work with. After recruiting the lawyer, we will need help writing, copying and delivering documents to courts and to the parties involved in the legal action.
