Administrator for document formatting and proof reading

We need someone to work in our team on an ongoing basis to assist with: - Formatting policies and documents for clients in word - Use Panda docs system to produce documents from templates - Critically analyse the right template is being used for the right client type - Liaise with our Support team manager on clients projects and tasks - Assist with other day to day administrative tasks - Proof read and edit documents We imagine this work to be 10-30 hours a week depending on the client workload. You will be considered part of the team, have a company email and be expected to be available between 9am -5pm Sydney Time (Australia) Skills required: - Fluent written and verbal English - Eye for detail - Able to understand complexities in what clients need and how to service them - Able to work in a team - Able to work to tight deadlines - Excellent written communication - Ability to research - Able to use a range of computer applications such as student management systems, learner management systems, CRM and office suite.
