Comprehensive Ontario Family Doctors Excel Database

Hi we are a renowned medical clinic in Toronto and we are looking for a freelancer that can make an Excel chart of 8 000 Family doctors in Ontario in Canada, concretely I put cities in the brackets (Etobicoke, Mississauga, Barrie, Hamilton, Brampton, London, Markham, Kitchener, Oshawa, Ottawa, Cambridge, Guelph, Kingston, Sudbury, Toronto, Windsor, Belleville, Branford, Burlington, Richmond Hill, Caledon, Brockville) The list has to include: full name of doctor, FAX number of that doctor phone number, address and their specialty. Most of these doctors should be found on the CPSO website. Kindly make sure you are familiar with the CPSO website and you are comfortable using it to find doctors. The timeline for this task is 14-20 days. Ensure that doctors are not duplicated and that the Excel chart is clean and precisely set up. The Excel chart must be emailed to the email address that will be provided. Payment: $1000 (one thousand Canadian dollars, not American ) Funds will be e-transferred as soon as the task is completed and the email is received.
