I'm looking for some one to research (online) a market to see if there is a niche worth going after. This person needs to have done research like this and has to have excellent communication skills.

I need someone to research a market online to see if there is a niche on a specific topic, validate all data to make sure without a doubt that this is a valid niche, that this niche is rationality psychotically passionate about their topic. Now before we go any further… I have three concerns that I want to address…upfront now…that are very important. I want to make sure that whoever should do this research understands clearly what I’m looking for in that person. First: …”Most critical”…I need someone who has done this type of online market-niche research in the past with a successful track record. Second: You need to have very good communication skills in English, be accessible by phone where I can verbally describe my ideas. You also must be able to respond to any of my requests or questions in a “timely manner” (within 24 hours). Third: I do not want to do business with anyone that will respond with vague replies, beat around the bush or not respond in a “timely manner” (within 24 hours)….Period… With that said I have attached what I need done in great detail…looking forward to working with you.
