Updating Contact Information (4500 contacts)

We deed someone to update the following within our existing contact list Requirements: - Organization (if missing, or different from existing) - Title (if missing, or different from existing) - Work email (if missing, or different from existing) - Personal email (in case the individual is not working currently) - Latest Degree/Institute (if missing, or different from existing) - Any additional information that can be updated will be an added benefit but not required) You will be provided with an excel sheet with around 4500 contacts with all the info we currently have on them (last updated 12-18 months ago). Conditions: - Minimum 85% update for full payment. Anytime less will trigger a prorated payment based on % update - 100% accuracy (if we find mistakes such as wrong person identified etc. you will need to correct them prior to full payment) - Maximum 2% bounce rate when using the emails. Anything higher will also trigger a pro-rated payment - 50% payment will be given upon confirmation of an acceptable deliverable. The remaining 50% will be given after accuracy and bounce rate are confirmed To apply for this job, please provide the following: - Confirmation — in your own words — of your understanding of the task and the deliverable - Confirmation that you are in agreement with the project terms listed above - What tools you have at your disposal that will allow you to complete this task successfully - Time frame for completion of the task - Total bid for the project For reference, when we created this list last year, it took about 2 days to complete from scratch. Please note that this is NOT a lead-generation task, we just need you to update our current contact info (not find people in the same organization or title).
