This is a project related to the pharmaceutical industry. The project involves the following tasks:
(1) Review the list of pharmaceutical products (provided in the attached screenshots).
(2) For each product, google the product name and add the following data points to a spreadsheet (provided in this Google Sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1K5UumdLtEqdJDIbg4dGpb8nDAcQ57-o_6n3sj0TgTmE/edit#gid=0).
(2.a) molecule name. This is the specific drug/chemical compound name.
(2.b) therapeutic area. This would be an overall description of the broad disease category (full list is here: [login to view URL])
(2.c) indication. This would be a short 3-5 word summary of the illness or disease that is being treated.
(2.d) formulation. This would be a 1-2 word description of the physical state of the product (oral tablet, injection, auto-injection, capsule, etc.)
(2.e) outpatient/inpatient. Outpatient means the drug can be consumed at home. Inpatient means the drug can only be consumed at a hospital or doctor's office.
(2.f) Dosing Frequency. This would be a description of how often a patient needs to take the medication (daily, once per week, once per month, etc.)
(2.g) Temperature. This describes the storage temperature required for the drug.
(2.h) Price per Dose. This is the cost of the dose.
(3) For each product, provide a full list of links to websites that you used to find the information in Step 2.
Notes:
A. For formulation and indication information, this is usually best found on the drug website (e.g., [login to view URL])
B. Please search for the "Dosing Frequency" first for each drug. If the dose frequency is daily, you can skip the rest of the required information for this drug and move onto the next drug.
Each product should take about 5 minutes of Googling to pull the necessary information. I will be available to answer questions during the duration of this project.
