I already scanned my home with Lidar and produced a preliminary floor plan that currently lives as a series of high-resolution PNGs plus an Excel file of point data. I now need that information turned into true CAD As-Builts—walls, doors & windows to start, and all existing fixtures and fittings to follow, accurately drafted in DWG (or another editable format you recommend). Once the As-Builts are complete, the project rolls straight into designing a garage conversion to an Accessory Dwelling Unit. I will rely on you to create a full permit set that can be stamped and submitted to the county, so the drawings must meet local code requirements and clearly show architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and any other details normally required for approval (Alameda County, California).
