Questions: 1) What are target occupant loads by space type (staff vs visitors), peak concurrency, and required conference capacities (eg, 4–6, 10–12, 20–30)? Define critical adjacencies and security zoning (public/semi-private/restricted), BOH circulation, and loading/service access 2) Confirm governing codes/jurisdiction (IBC/NFPA edition, ANSI A1171), sprinklered status, egress metrics (max travel distance, exit count/widths), and fixed constraints (structural grid/columns, floor-to-floor and target ceilings, shafts/wet stacks, entry points) Suggestions: 1) Implement dual-loop circulation: public loop linking entry, conference suite, restrooms, and break areas with sightlines; staff/service loop behind to reduce cross-traffic Cluster conference rooms near entry with pre-function spill-out by break areas; use operable partitions for flexibility; target STC 55 walls, NRC 08 ceilings; include AV/storage closets Kindly send me a message, lets discuss in detail and my portfolio is uploaded here and on my website.
