Do you have fixture IES files and preferred camera height/FOV for floor-plan renders? - Q2: Do you have brand SKUs or must I curate? Specify performance constraints (LEED/MRVOC, slip rating COF, fire rating, light reflectance), budget tiers ($/sf), zone-based palettes, and required alternates (A/B/C). - S1: Use a Revit-clean BIM with calibrated PBR materials (albedo/roughness/normal, 4k, real-world scale, accurate IOR) and true photometric lighting. Export to 3ds Max + Corona/V-Ray in ACEScg; leverage LightMix, section boxes, AO and Material ID passes for photoreal plan-cut renders and rapid iteration without re-modeling. - S2: Posters: Build a keyed legend tied to Revit material tags/schedules for live quantity takeoffs. Include QR links to datasheets, A/B alternates, lifecycle/maintenance, COF/fire/LEED badges, and cost per area. Deliver print-ready (A1, 300 DPI CMYK, 5 mm bleed) plus web RGB; provide swatch sheet with RAL/NCS and texture scale references.
