I’m designing my own home and need an architect who can take the project from concept through to construction-ready documentation. The look is strictly minimalist: crisp lines, uncluttered volumes, and a floor plan that makes every square metre work hard. What I’ll hand over: a brief with desired room sizes, a rough site outline, and reference images that capture the simplicity I’m after. What I need back: • Fully-dimensioned 2D floor plans covering the living room with integrated kitchen, all bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a dedicated home-office and hobby area. • Coordinated elevations and at least two building sections that illustrate ceiling heights, openings, and material transitions. • A clean BIM or SketchUp model suitable for further coordination, alongside a set of photorealistic renderings that show daylight and night-time scenes. Files should be delivered in native AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp formats plus PDFs for quick review. I’ll review each stage—layout, modelling, and final detailing—within 48 hours so we keep momentum and hit the agreed timeline.
