Residential Architectural Plan Drafting

I need a complete set of technical drawings produced from absolute scratch for a residential architectural plan. The project covers every drawing normally required to communicate a single-family home design clearly to builders and local authorities—think dimensioned floor plans, elevations, sections, and basic construction details—all laid out to scale and ready for printing as PDFs as well as editable CAD files. There are no existing digital files, so you’ll be building the model and sheets from the ground up. Once we kick off I’ll share the site dimensions, room requirements, and any zoning notes so you can translate them into accurate layers, lineweights, and annotations. Precision is key; the plans have to read cleanly, align with standard architectural conventions, and be easy for an engineer to pick up later if structural input is needed. You’re free to work in AutoCAD, Revit, or another mainstream drafting tool as long as the final deliverables include: • Editable DWG (or RVT) source files • Print-ready PDFs at 1/4" = 1'-0" (or metric equivalent) I welcome interim previews so we can fine-tune room sizes and window placements before you finalize sheets.
