My Questions. 1) Do you want strictly native Revit 2026 families (no external libraries), and do you have preferred tree species and street furniture styles? 2) Are there set rules for clear widths, tree spacing, utility offsets, and the level of detail you expect (e.g., LOD 300)? My Suggestions. 1) Use lightweight, fully parametric native families with type catalogs so styles can be swapped fast without bloating the model. 2) Organize elements by worksets/subcategories with view filters and schedules to keep performance high and reviews simple. My Execution Plan. - Review your RVT and confirm extents, sidewalk-only scope, and the modern design language. - Set project standards: materials, subcategories, naming, view templates, units. - Build/curate Revit 2026 families: trees, shading devices (canopies/pergolas), benches, bins, bollards, bike racks; add shared parameters for scheduling. - Place along the full street using spacing rules, align to curbs/entries, maintain ADA clear paths. - QA: clash and clearance checks; adjust for driveways, utilities, and access. - Optimize: purge unused, compact, parameter cleanup, consistent LOD. - Handover: clean RVT 2026 with organized worksets, schedules, and simple plan/3D views for review; apply quick revisions if needed.
