I’m preparing a submission to Worcester, MA for a change-of-use buildout and need a full set of design drawings that will satisfy the city’s review process. The existing premises will remain an office space, but I want to reconfigure a portion of it into several individual work-from-home style pods for residents, while keeping traditional workstations and cubicles elsewhere. My preference is for clearly partitioned pods, not an open or mixed concept. You’d take my rough sketches, field notes, and any measurements I can supply and turn them into permit-ready drawings—floor plan, reflected ceiling, partition details, basic MEP coordination notes, and anything else the city typically asks for. If you’re familiar with local code references, even better; please incorporate Worcester requirements for egress, accessibility, and occupancy counts directly into the plans so there are no surprises in plan review. The final package should be delivered as both a clean PDF set and the original CAD files (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). I’ll need one round of revisions after the first city comments. Let me know your estimated timeline, examples of similar tenant-fit-out drawings you’ve produced, and which software you plan to use. Thank you, Keith Driscoll
