I need a comprehensive industrial hygiene assessment for the production floor of our manufacturing plant. Please provide a detailed assessment report with actionable recommendations. Additional Information: 1. Project Location and Expenses: The project will be conducted at our manufacturing facility in Austin, Texas. Please identify any anticipated expenses required to perform the work, including but not limited to: - Travel and mileage - Lodging - Per diem expenses - Equipment rental - Sampling media - Calibration services - Laboratory analysis fees - Shipping costs Other project-related expenses. Any reimbursable expenses should be clearly itemized and disclosed in your proposal. Expenses not identified in advance may require written approval before reimbursement. 2. Resources Required: Please indicate whether additional resources will be required to complete the project, including: - Additional team members or subcontractors - Specialized equipment - Sampling instruments - Laboratory services - Software or data analysis tools - Any other materials or support services. Please include all assumptions regarding resources in your proposal. 3. Administrative Requirements: Prior to commencing work, the selected contractor will be required to: - Register as a vendor with our company - Complete any applicable procurement documentation - Establish invoicing procedures and payment terms - Provide a W-9 and any standard contractor/vendor documentation, if applicable. 4.
